The Gay Life

Do you like shakespeare? Do you like to dance? Do you wanna dance with me? Come and play a game and hold me tight and slowly dance the night away. I love you all so very much for supporting me! I feel so empowered, and I feel like nothing or no one can hurt me because I have an amazing family and amazing friends!

I have a dream, and that dream is to lead the LGBT community into recognition. I know that if we all hold together, we will never be torn down.

"They kick you down once, you get up and kick them twice. They kick you down a second time, get up and kick them 4 times. When they kick you down a third time... get up... and kock the SHIT out of them! Never let yourself fail never let go of a dream. Never let that flame inside you burn out. Candle lights alone are dim... but together pose a threat. We are the threat. We are matches and our gas is our fighting spirit. They mess with the matches and they get burned. Never give in.

For those of you who are afraid to come out, i promise that you will be happier than you ever will be. People will be mean to you, but never let them hurt you. They can only hurt you if you let them.

I will always respond to your messages. I will be there for you. I will support you. I will love and care for all of you because all of you support and love me.

There were times when I personally thought I wasnt going to see my 18th birthday. But that all changed when i came out. Im openly gay and I'm proud. I love my friends and family and the support of everyone.

I personally would like to thank my choir instructor and my choir class because they were so supportive (and still are!) And I could not have asked for anything better. I have gotten what I've always wanted for christmas, and that was to have an understanding mom. =) I will never let anyone hurt her, my family or my friends. =) Thank you all very much for your support.

To mom/dad's of gay/lesbian/bi/transgender,
Your child needs you now more than ever. You are god in their eyes and all they want is you to understand that they have accepted themselves for who they are and they wanted you to know. They need you, please dont turn your backs on them. You've helped them this long, why the sudden change of heart? They love you and you should take this as a golden ticket. For what? Think about it this way, they say they hate you, but they're letting you in their lives by telling you their darkest secret. They need you. And you know they do. Stay with them and help them. Please don't turn your backs on them.

For those of you who dont agree with us being gay, please understand that this is very difficult for us to deal with. We will never turn our backs on you. We will always be there for you when you need us for anything at all. Please do not turn your backs out on us, because we need your support. We need you to understand that we are still human. We are just like you.

To everyone;

I love you all, please don't leave anyone behind because we need everyone's support, no matter how small or insignificant the person may think he/she is, everyone is important.
